Corporate Trusts

An example of a corporate trust is an employee benefit trust, established by an employer to deliver financial benefits to defined classes of employees and, where appropriate, to employees' dependents. The trust is funded by contributions from the sponsoring company in a variety of forms, including cash and shares in the sponsoring company.

Another example is our trust-based pension arrangements which form a highly flexible alternative to traditional insured products, with few statutory restrictions on contributions, investments and benefits. We can tailor a solution to suit a wide range of individual, executive or corporate pension planning requirements.
