As part of the fund establishment process we provide a dedicated project management hub and can assist with advise on the fund type, legal form (company, limited partnership, unit trust etc) and jurisdiction.

We have extensive experience on a wide range of fund start-up situations and utilise this to ensure that the launch process is as smooth and timely as possible.

We will liaise with the fund’s sponsor, legal advisors, investment manager, custodian, auditor, bankers and other service providers to ensure that all the set-up, and ongoing requirements, of the fund are addressed and resolved prior to its launch.

The Isle of Man has the necessary infrastructure to support funds, namely legal advisors, auditors, (all of the big 4 audit companies have offices on the Island), custodians and bankers. We can advise regarding the choice of these together with Isle of Man resident non executive directors.

We provide a full review of the fund’s offering and constitutional documents together with the incorporation of the fund corporate vehicle if Isle of Man domiciled.
