• We will ensure that the fund is fully compliant with the ongoing maintenance of statutory records and documentation including the provision of registered agent or corporate services to the fund vehicle.
• We are able to host on site board meetings together with preparing full board packs and directors minutes. We will collate and maintain the fund’s corporate records to ensure it meets and exceeds its ongoing regulatory requirements.

Funds domiciled in other Offshore Jurisdictions

• For funds incorporated in other offshore domiciles, such as the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Island or Bermuda, our Corporate Secretarial team will work with the fund’s local Corporate Service Provider to ensure they have sufficient and timely information to meet the fund’s local regulatory requirements.
• We are able to organise board meetings together with preparing full board packs and directors minutes. We will collate and maintain the fund’s corporate records and liaise with the fund’s Registered Agent or Corporate Service Provider to ensure it meets and exceeds its local regulatory requirements.
