Isle of Man

Situated in the centre of the British Isles between Ireland and the UK, the Isle of Man is a self-governing territory with British Crown dependency. Although not an EU member, the Island enjoys a special relationship with the European Union and its constitutional links with the Crown.

As a premier offshore financial centre, the key business sectors include banking, insurance, professional services, fund administration, trust and corporate services, and, ship and yacht management. Considerable rates of economic growth over recent years, and consistently low unemployment levels have created a unique environment and capacity to sustain growth for many years to come.

The Island has its own Income Tax and Customs and Excise services and has total independence from the UK regarding income taxation. There is 0% corporate tax and personal tax is low also and there are no Capital Transfer, Inheritance Taxes or Death Duties.
