Lynda joined Abacus in January 2002 as an Administration Manager for Abacus Trust Company Limited, responsible for setting up and administering trust and company
structures for high net worth individuals.
In August 2004 Lynda was appointed as Compliance Manager for the Abacus group. For two years she was instrumental in shaping the compliance function within the
organisation and developing compliance policies and procedures. In July 2006 Lynda took up the post of Head of Funds Secretariat and is responsible for co-ordinating
the launch of new Funds as well as overseeing the work of the company secretarial team in Abacus Financial Services Limited and the statutory team in Abacus Trust Company Limited.
Lynda is a qualified English Solicitor. Before joining Abacus she worked for a law firm on the Isle of Man focusing on a worldwide clientele of high net worth individuals.
