Paul joined Abacus in May 2007 and took up the position of Managing Director of Abacus Financial Services Limited on 1 Jan 2008. Paul has gained over 20 years experience in Fund services, banking, custody and corporate services.

Paul has previously held management positions with Fortis and the Bank of Bermuda in the Isle of Man, and during a 7 year tenure in Bermuda, was General Manager and a Director of International Corporate Management of Bermuda and Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited.

Paul sits as a main committee member of the Isle of Man's Fund Management Association, the Isle of Man branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and the Isle of Man's Chamber of Commerce Finance committee.

Paul holds board positions on a range of offshore fund and holding company structures and offers considerable expertise in the establishment and development of offshore fund vehicles.

Paul holds a BA (Hons) Bus Com and is a Fellow of the Chartered Instituted for Securities & Investments.
