Co-Ordination of Tax Planning and Legal Services

We ask that our clients always ensure that they have the appropriate advice before entering into contracts of any sort. Different levels of tax-planning and/or legal advice are required when setting up a yacht or aircraft structure and we are able to arrange for the necessary assistance, dependant on individual requirements.

VAT Services

We can arrange for the appropriate advice to be provided in relation to Isle of Man VAT matters and in relation to VAT in other jurisdictions through our worldwide network of VAT specialists.

Assistance with Finance

We can assist in the arranging of finance of varying levels through a network of marine or aviation finance experts. Marine and aviation finance can be tailored around the needs of our clients, so it not only ensures affordability, it also allows you to preserve your liquid assets, should you wish to do so.

Assistance with Insurance

Every yacht or aircraft must have the appropriate level of insurance cover and by working with a number of specialist marine or aviation brokers and underwriters we endeavour to ensure that, through a tailored policy, every eventuality is covered for the yacht or aircarft and owners.

Accounting

Through our in-house team of specialists, we are able to provide a variety of accounting services varying from book-keeping to the preparation of accounts for audit.

Administrative and Financial Support

Utilising internal resources, and working with banking specialists, we are able to open and operate bank accounts.  Where required, we can also arrange for credit cards to be provided to crew onboard the yacht in order to control expenditure.

Safety and Regulatory Requirements

Via specialists within the industry, we can ensure that these are covered appropriately. As is to be expected, these require a proactive and high level of service, utilising the appropriate equipment and having the correct qualifications in place.
