Abacus Financial Services were approached by a family office regarding several existing assets spread over different family ownership and jurisdictions.

We were able to suggest a suitable fund structure to collectivise the assets and assist in the in-specie transfer of these into the fund.

We liaised between the other service providers to the fund, legal advisors, auditors, bankers, to formulate a suitable scheme structure and scheme particulars to reflect this. To complete the set-up phase we formed the Isle of Man company vehicle.
