To complement our administrative platform we have considerable in-house technical capabilities gained from the Abacus group's tax and accounting background. We provide company secretarial and statutory compliance support for corporate fund vehicles, trusteeship for unit trusts and partnership administration.

We have an in-house tax team to assist in determining the appropriate structure for tax purposes as well as providing tax compliance services. These skills are invaluable, particularly in respect of complex hedge funds and alternative investment vehicles.
