Administrator, Yachts and Aircraft

Working with the yacht and aircraft manager, you will assist in the day to day running and general administration of our existing yacht and aircraft clients and assist with new business and the marketing function of the department.  This is a unique opportunity to learn about the Yachts and Aircraft industry.

The ideal candidate will have preferably worked in a similar office environment, have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above and be willing to progress and undertake professional qualifications.

IT Systems /Support Analyst

We are looking for an IT Systems/Support Analyst to provide support to our users on applications, systems, software and hardware. The role will also involve providing support for servers and network infrastructure.  Additionally you will have an active role on projects covering all aspects of IT and systems across the business.

Your experience will show competency in a range of IT and systems, preferably having been gained in a similar environment.

Fund Accountant (temporary contract)

We are looking for a Fund Accountant to cover maternity leave to prepare accurate and timely Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and maintenance of the books for a number of offshore fund structures.  

 

Specific responsibilities include:

The production of valuations to relevant accounting standards, legislation and best  practice.

Controlling payment transactions

Maintaining relationships with third parties.

 

The position would ideally suit a candidate who holds a recognised accountancy qualification and a detailed understanding of Fund Administration.
